Telescopic Loading Tube
- Controlled loadout of bulk materials onto open trucks
- Robust construction with easily replaceable wear lining
- Comprehensive sensors for a safe loadout process
- Manual or fully automatic control with integration into WÖHWA loadout systems
Controlled loadout at high throughput
A centering cone approximately 1,400 mm long feeds the material centrally into the telescopic loading tube, supporting a uniform material flow.
A lifting travel of 3,000 mm allows the telescopic loading tube to adapt to different loading situations. It is lifted by a 2.2 kW motor.
Limit switches, slack rope switches, an ultrasonic sensor and tilt switches monitor key conditions during loadout.
The PU discharge sleeve and loading bell concentrate the material flow, supporting controlled loadout with reduced dust.
The coordinated material guidance reduces dust generation when loading open trucks.
Sensors and controls enable controlled loadout and, with suitable integration, fully automatic operation.
Easily replaceable wear linings protect heavily stressed areas and simplify maintenance.
The telescopic loading tube can be combined with a continuous flow mixer and integrated into WÖHWA blending and loadout systems.
Engineered components for controlled loadout
From material guidance to integrated sensors, the WÖHWA telescopic loading tube is designed for controlled loadout with reduced wear and dust.

The centering cone, approximately 1,400 mm long, feeds the bulk material centrally into the telescopic loading tube.

The bolted wear lining is easy to replace when required.

The highly wear-resistant discharge sleeve concentrates the material for a controlled material flow.

The loading bell with its abrasion-resistant rubber skirt helps minimise dust during loadout.

The weather-resistant outer bellows protect the loadout area and follow the lifting movement of the loading tube.

A lifting travel of 3,000 mm allows adaptation to different loading situations.

The telescopic loading tube is lifted by a 2.2 kW motor.

The sensor measures the distance between the loading bell and the material already loaded.

Three slack rope switches monitor the lifting ropes during loadout.

Three tilt switches monitor the position of the telescopic loading tube, supporting safe operation.
