Flexible loadout through one shared loadout point
The continuous flow mixer and single-product chute are mounted together on a shuttle carriage.
In addition to blends, unmixed single-size products can be fed directly to the loadout point.
Depending on the model size, throughput ranges from 360 to 1,200 t/h for particle sizes up to 60 mm.
The centering device and rubber discharge sleeve help keep the material flow concentrated and controlled.
The system can switch between blended material and unmixed single-size products as required.
Both material paths use the same loadout point, allowing flexible plant layouts.
Single-size products can be loaded directly through the separate chute without passing through the mixer.
The continuous flow mixer, shuttle carriage and single-product chute can be integrated to suit the loadout process.

Eight offset mixing arms provide intensive, multidirectional mixing of the material.
Wear-resistant blades can be replaced individually as required, simplifying maintenance.
The standard wear lining protects the mixing hopper when processing abrasive bulk materials.
The spring-mounted drive protects the mechanical components and gearbox if oversized particles cause a blockage.
The centering device stabilises the discharged material flow, reducing scattering and segregation during discharge.
The flexible discharge sleeve concentrates the material, supporting controlled loadout with reduced dust.
