Continuous Flow Mixer
- Uniform mixing of dry and moistened bulk materials
- Multidirectional material movement through eight offset mixing arms
- Suitable for different size fractions up to 60 mm
- Wear-resistant construction for continuous operation
Uniform mixtures in a continuous material flow
Eight offset mixing arms move the material in several directions, providing intensive mixing without dead zones in the conical mixing hopper.
Suitable for dry and moistened bulk materials such as gravel, sand, quartz, natural stone and mineral blends with particle sizes up to 60 mm.
An optional frequency converter allows the speed to be adjusted to suit throughput, particle size and material properties.
Hardox lining, replaceable mixing blades and large inspection doors support a long service life and easy maintenance.
The multidirectional movement of the material ensures uniform mixing of different size fractions, even when the mixer is partially filled.
The adjustable speed allows processing to be matched to the material, particle size and required mixing action.
Wear-resistant components protect areas subject to heavy wear and support a long service life in daily operation.
Accessible inspection doors and replaceable wear parts simplify inspection, cleaning and maintenance.
Engineered components for reliable mixing
From the mixing assembly and wear protection to the material outlet, the WÖHWA continuous flow mixer is designed for reliable operation and easy maintenance. Wear parts can be replaced individually, and heavily stressed areas are protected.

Eight offset mixing arms move the bulk material in several directions, producing intensive, multidirectional mixing.

The wear-resistant mixing blades can be replaced individually as required without replacing the entire mixing assembly.

The shape of the mixing hopper promotes complete material movement and prevents dead zones within the mixing area.

The centering device stabilises the material flow after mixing, reducing scattering and segregation during discharge.

The rubber discharge sleeve concentrates the discharged material, supporting controlled transfer to the subsequent loadout process with reduced dust.

If oversized particles cause a blockage, the spring mounting protects the mechanical components and gearbox, supporting reliable operation.

The mixing hopper is fitted with wear-resistant Hardox lining as standard for processing abrasive bulk materials.

For particularly abrasive materials, the continuous flow mixer can alternatively be fitted with robust cast lining.

Generous access openings simplify cleaning and inspection of the mixing area and improve access to the relevant components.

Wear parts and wear plates can be replaced or repositioned, allowing targeted maintenance of heavily stressed areas.
Type 15.10: particle sizes up to 22 mm, capacity up to 360 t/h
Type 15.12: particle sizes up to 45 mm, capacity up to 500 t/h
Type 15.14: particle sizes up to 60 mm, capacity up to 800 t/h
Type 15.16: particle sizes up to 60 mm, capacity up to 1,200 t/h
Dual mixing assembly with eight offset mixing arms and replaceable blades.
The spring-mounted drive protects the mechanical components and gearbox if oversized material causes a blockage.
Mixing blades and bolted wear plates are made of Hardox as standard.
Optional 25 mm cast tile lining made of G-X350 CrMoNi 2021 is available for particularly abrasive materials.
The latch lock with key switch is standard equipment.
Options include frequency converters for adjusting the mixing speed, cast tile lining and a wear-resistant scraper made of Hardox 400.
