Belt feeder 10.4 HD2
- Exceptionally robust heavy-duty design for demanding bulk materials
- Suitable for raw gravel and tunnel excavation material
- Protected inlet area with rubber-coated carrying idlers
- Standard material bed height of 500 mm; special versions up to 700 mm available
Robust feeding for large material flows under heavy loads
Feeding and controlled discharge of large material volumes under particularly demanding conditions, for example raw gravel handling and tunnel excavation material.
The exceptionally robust heavy-duty construction is designed for high loads. Integrated wear protection protects areas in contact with the material.
Belt widths from 800 to 1,400 mm with a standard centre distance of 2,560 mm. Standard material bed height of 500 mm; up to 700 mm in special versions.
Additional wear protection, special pulley designs, material monitoring, and protective and monitoring devices are available depending on the application.
Depending on material, particle size, bulk density and belt design, the HD2 version achieves capacities of up to approx. 2,000 t/h.
Rubber-coated carrying idlers and integrated wear protection support a long service life in areas exposed to high loads.
The troughed flat belt is designed for high capacities and a standard material bed height of 500 mm. Special versions up to 700 mm are available.
The variable-frequency drive enables adjustable belt speeds and feed rates to suit the process.
Robust components for exceptionally high loads
The type 10.4 HD2 is designed for large material volumes and particularly demanding operating conditions. Reinforced frames, generously sized pulleys and robust carrying idlers are complemented by a protected inlet area with rubber-coated carrying idlers.

The exceptionally robust, reinforced frame provides high stability when handling large material volumes under demanding operating conditions.

Generously sized drive and tail pulleys support stable operation under high loads.

The exceptionally robust carrying idlers are designed for high loads and large material flows.

Rubber-coated carrying idlers are used in the inlet area exposed to high loads.

Wear protection protects areas in contact with the material and supports a long service life, including with abrasive materials.

The troughed flat belt design is intended for deep material beds, high capacities and demanding bulk materials.

The belt speed, and therefore the feed rate, can be adjusted to suit the process requirements.

A plough cleaner cleans the inner belt surface. The FTK outer belt cleaner cleans the outer belt surface.
