Belt feeder 10.3 HD1
- Reinforced heavy-duty design for higher loads
- Centre distances from 3,060 to 8,060 mm
- Troughed flat belt for reliable material guidance
- Optional weigh belt feeder version with an integrated belt scale
Stable feeding under higher loads and over long centre distances
Continuous, uniform feeding and controlled discharge of large volumes of bulk material. For higher loads, longer centre distances and high capacities.
A reinforced heavy-duty frame, larger pulleys and shafts, and robust carrying idler sets support stable operation.
Belt widths from 650 to 1,200 mm and centre distances from 3,060 to 8,060 mm. Material bed heights of 300 or 400 mm; special lengths following technical assessment.
An optional weigh belt feeder version with an integrated belt scale is available. An automatic weight-loaded belt tensioning device maintains uniform belt tension.
Reinforced frames, pulleys, shafts and carrying idler sets provide high stability under demanding operating conditions.
With centre distances from 3,060 to 8,060 mm, the HD1 version accommodates longer installations. Special lengths are available following technical assessment.
The troughed flat belt design is suitable for an integrated belt scale. An optional weight-loaded belt tensioning device supports reliable weight measurement.
The variable-frequency drive enables adjustable belt speeds and feed rates to suit demand.
Reinforced components for demanding feeding tasks
The type 10.3 HD1 combines reinforced heavy-duty construction with a troughed flat belt. Larger pulleys and shafts together with robust carrying idler sets enable operation under higher loads. A weigh belt feeder version is available as an option.

The reinforced frame in hot-dip galvanised steel has a modular design for a long service life and straightforward maintenance.

Compared with the type 10.2, the drive and tail pulleys and shafts are larger and designed for higher loads.

The robust carrying idler sets support high stability and operational reliability under demanding operating conditions.

The troughing guides the material safely along the belt. This belt design is also suitable for integrating a belt scale.

The belt speed, and therefore the feed rate, can be adjusted to suit the material and process requirements.

A plough cleaner cleans the inner belt surface. The FTK outer belt cleaner cleans the outer belt surface.

The type 10.3 HD1 is optionally available as a weigh belt feeder with an integrated belt scale.

An optional automatic weight-loaded belt tensioning device ensures uniform belt tension, an important requirement for reliable weight measurement and precise feeding.
