Belt feeder 10.2 RD
- Continuous, uniform discharge of bulk materials from silos and storage bins
- Variable feed rate using a variable-frequency drive
- Trapezoidal belt with lateral material guides to reduce material loss
- Modular, hot-dip galvanised construction for a long service life
Uniform feeding for a wide range of bulk material applications
Continuous feeding and controlled discharge of bulk materials from silos and storage bins. For a wide range of tasks in the bulk materials industry.
The material, particle size, bulk density and required capacity determine the design. The belt feeder is configured for the application.
Belt widths from 650 to 1,200 mm and centre distances from 1,560 to 4,560 mm. Special lengths are available following technical assessment.
Wear protection, material monitoring, monitoring and safety devices, and further options are available depending on the application.
The variable-frequency drive adjusts the belt speed as required, enabling variable feed rates.
The vulcanised trapezoidal profile works with the lateral material guides to improve sealing and reduce material spillage.
The robust, hot-dip galvanised steel construction is designed for a long service life and protects the structure against corrosion.
The modular construction makes maintenance easier. Matched belt cleaners clean the inner and outer belt surfaces.
Carefully designed components for reliable material flows
The type 10.2 RD combines a modular, hot-dip galvanised steel construction with an adjustable drive and carefully designed belt guidance. Its equipment is configured to suit the material and operating conditions.

The vulcanised trapezoidal profile supports lateral sealing. Combined with lateral material guides, it reduces material spillage.

The lateral guides keep the material flow on the belt and complement the sealing effect of the trapezoidal profile.

The inlet hopper allows adjustment of the material bed height. Material bed heights from 200 to 400 mm are available depending on the design.

The belt speed can be adjusted as required, allowing the feed rate to suit the material and process requirements.

The robust, hot-dip galvanised steel construction has a modular design for a long service life and straightforward maintenance.

A plough cleaner cleans the inner belt surface, removing material from the inside of the belt.

The FTK outer belt cleaner cleans the outer belt surface and reduces material adhering to the carrying side.

Depending on the application, options include wear protection, automatic belt tensioning, material monitoring, monitoring and safety devices, dust protection and water drainage.
