The right heavy-duty version for high loads
Continuous feeding and controlled discharge of large volumes of bulk material. The belt version is selected to suit the load, installation conditions and required capacity.
Reinforced frame, larger pulleys and shafts, and robust carrying idler sets for higher loads and longer centre distances. An optional weigh belt feeder version with an integrated belt scale is available.
Exceptionally robust design for large material flows and deep material beds, for example raw gravel or tunnel excavation material. Rubber-coated carrying idlers and wear protection protect the inlet area.
The sliding gate 01.1 HD releases the material. Its water drainage supports applications with wet, poorly flowing bulk materials. The belt feeder provides controlled discharge.
On HD1, reinforced frames, larger pulleys and shafts, and robust carrying idler sets provide high stability.
HD1: belt capacity up to approx. 1,600 t/h. HD2: up to approx. 2,000 t/h. Achievable capacity depends on material, particle size, bulk density and belt design.
The type 10.3 HD1 is available as a weigh belt feeder. An automatic weight-loaded belt tensioning device supports uniform belt tension and reliable weight measurement.
The type 10.4 HD2 features rubber-coated carrying idlers in the inlet area and integrated wear protection in areas in contact with the material.
Carefully designed components for HD1 and HD2
The combination pairs the sliding gate 01.1 HD with a heavy-duty belt feeder. The type 10.3 HD1 is designed for higher loads and longer centre distances and is optionally available as a weigh belt feeder. The type 10.4 HD2 is suitable for exceptionally high loads and large material flows, such as raw gravel and tunnel excavation material.
HD1: reinforced, hot-dip galvanised frame with a modular design for straightforward maintenance. HD2: exceptionally robust frame for high loads and large material flows.
Water drainage in the sliding gate 01.1 HD supports the discharge of wet, poorly flowing bulk materials.
HD1 and HD2 use a troughed flat belt. The troughing guides the material safely; on HD1, this design is also suitable for integrating a belt scale.
HD1 has larger pulleys and shafts than the type 10.2 and robust carrying idler sets. HD2 uses generously sized pulleys and exceptionally robust carrying idlers.
The type 10.3 HD1 is optionally available as a weigh belt feeder with an integrated belt scale. An automatic weight-loaded belt tensioning device maintains uniform belt tension and supports reliable weight measurement.
A plough cleaner cleans the inner belt surface. The FTK outer belt cleaner cleans the outer belt surface.
Rubber-coated carrying idlers in the heavily loaded inlet area and integrated wear protection protect areas in contact with the material, including abrasive materials.
Belt speed and feed rate can be adjusted to suit the material and process requirements.
