Batching combination type 10.2 with sliding gate 01.1 RD
- Individually designed for material, particle size, bulk density and required capacity
- Continuous feeding with a variable-frequency drive
- Gate with water drainage for wet, poorly flowing bulk materials
- Trapezoidal belt with lateral material guides to reduce material loss
Controlled material discharge with a versatile belt feeder
Continuous, uniform feeding and controlled discharge of bulk materials from silos and storage bins. The type 10.2 RD is suitable for a wide range of tasks in the bulk materials industry.
The gate 01.1 RD complements the versatile belt feeder for wet, poorly flowing bulk materials such as sand. The belt design depends on material, particle size, bulk density and required capacity.
Belt widths from 650 to 1,200 mm, centre distances from 1,560 to 4,560 mm and material bed heights from 200 to 400 mm. Special lengths are available following technical assessment.
The sliding gate releases the material, and the belt feeder provides controlled discharge. The tight transfer chute reduces material losses between the gate and belt.
The tight transfer chute reduces material spilling between the gate and belt feeder and protects the gate mechanism from contamination.
The variable-frequency drive enables adjustable belt speeds and feed rates to suit demand.
The vulcanised trapezoidal profile works with the lateral material guides to improve sealing and reduce material spillage.
The belt's modular, hot-dip galvanised steel construction is designed for a long service life and straightforward maintenance. Plough and FTK outer belt cleaners clean the belt.
Matched belt and gate components
The combination pairs the versatile belt feeder type 10.2 RD with the sliding gate 01.1 RD. The belt provides continuous feeding and controlled material discharge. The design depends on material, particle size, bulk density and required capacity.

Water drainage in the sliding gate 01.1 RD supports the discharge of wet, poorly flowing bulk materials.

The robust, maintenance-free and self-cleaning rack and pinion drive reliably closes the discharge opening.

The limit switches detect the position of the sliding gate.

The belt speed can be adjusted as required, matching the feed rate to the material and process requirements.

The vulcanised trapezoidal profile works with the lateral material guides to improve sealing and reduce material spillage.

A plough cleaner cleans the inner belt surface, and an FTK outer belt cleaner cleans the outer belt surface.

The belt's robust, hot-dip galvanised steel construction has a modular design for a long service life and straightforward maintenance.

Depending on the application, options include wear protection, automatic belt tensioning, material monitoring, monitoring and safety devices, dust protection and water drainage.
