Technical features for different requirements
The type 01.1 Regular Duty can be configured with a range of functions and equipment options to suit the material, installation conditions and feeding application.
The maintenance-free, self-cleaning drive rack reliably transmits the driving force to the gate. It is easy to replace and supports secure closure of the discharge opening.
The seals can be adjusted and replaced when required, maintaining effective sealing during prolonged operation.
The tight transfer chute reduces lateral material leakage at the transfer point while protecting the gate mechanism against contamination.
Stainless steel wedge-wire screens allow the material to drain even when the gate is closed, providing controlled removal of excess water.
The water drainage insert box increases the drainage area and is particularly suitable for bulk materials with high residual moisture, such as washed sand.
Additional reducing plates reduce the effective outlet cross-section, allowing the feed rate to be reduced further for suitable applications.
Non-contact limit switches detect the gate position and transmit it to the control system. The connection box simplifies on-site electrical integration.
The optional DAM100 encoder measures the gate's current opening width, allowing the gate position to be processed by the higher-level control system.
The optional heater warms the gate blade and material at low temperatures, supporting reliable opening in winter conditions.
The front sealing plate protects the gate mechanism against material ingress, helping keep moving components clean and accessible.
