The bolted Hardox lining protects areas subject to heavy wear and can be replaced individually when worn.
Coarse rock particles can be accommodated at the sides as the gate closes, supporting reliable closure.
The powerful 2.2 kW worm geared motor is designed for reliable opening and closing under heavy loads.
The tight transfer chute reduces material leakage at the transfer point and protects adjacent components against contamination.
Stainless steel wedge-wire screens allow controlled water drainage of the material even when the gate is closed.
Additional reducing plates reduce the effective outlet cross-section and allow a lower feed rate.
Non-contact limit switches detect the gate position and allow straightforward integration into the control system through the connection box.
The optional heater supports reliable gate opening at low temperatures.
