The SFB 23+ is available with one single-point load cell for narrower conveyor belts or two single-point load cells for wider belts.
Irrespective of this, one load station is used at belt speeds up to 2 m/s. An additional load station is used at higher belt speeds.
One single-point load cell: belt width 500 to 1,000 mm
Two single-point load cells: belt width 1,200 to 1,600 mm
The belt scale enables reliable material flow measurement. The belt speed required for this is measured by a measuring wheel. On the SFB 23+, the measuring wheel is an integral part of the measuring system.
