The weigh belt feeder 10.3 / 10.4 HD combines a robust Heavy-Duty design with a pin gate for very coarse bulk materials and proven WÖHWA weighing technology.
The individual pins are manually pushed through the coarse bulk material, displacing larger pieces sideways.
Partially inserted pins allow the material flow to be restricted as required.
All pins can be fully inserted to shut off the material flow for maintenance and repair.
The pin gate is equipped with Hardox wear protection as standard for demanding bulk materials.
The galvanised finish protects the construction and supports long-term use in demanding conditions.
The pin gate is available in sizes from 400 × 400 mm to 1,000 × 1,800 mm. Special sizes are available on request.
The weigh belt feeder is designed for high material loads and demanding applications involving coarse, heavy bulk materials.
The weighing station continuously measures the quantity of material on the belt as the basis for the weighing process.
Constant belt tension provides stable conditions for continuous weighing of the material flow.
